Any philosophical approach to education should ask: “What is the goal of education?” As the proponents of holistic education, our answer is: “The goal of education is to develop a student’s physical, emotional, intellectual, social, creative and spiritual dimensions.” Thus, the holistic approach looks at education as ‘transformative’ rather than being a tool to ‘transmit’ information. The process of learning should make a person transform by way of habit and behavioural change.

Title

Firstly, the mentors will map subjects with abilities, competencies and skills; and discuss with the students in the classroom. Secondly, the students will test their abilities, competencies and skills in studios, labs and workshops by practical applications. Lastly, they will carry out real-life project, document and make presentations. Each of these stages will be seamlessly interwoven. The evaluation will take place at the third level because that will be the genuine learning of the students.
